Check out this recipe for a quick and easy Apple Cobbler!
Quick Cobbler For this recipe you will need:
9x12 Pyrex dish
1 cup sugar
1 cup SR flour
1 cup of milk
1 stick of butter
1 Can Luck’s fried apple w/cinnamon. (2 if you want more fruit)
Directions: Preheat oven 350
Melt stick of Butter (salted) in dish.
Combine sugar and flour in large measuring cup.
Stir until blended.
Stir in Milk, mix until smooth.
Pour mixture slowly over butter.
Lay fruit on top of mixture.
Then gently pour juice over fruit.
Cook until you have a golden crust top approx 20 min or so…You can tell when it is ready by checking the dough on top of the cobbler
